Rather than relying solely on catalogue images or a brief sales visit between patients, you can browse the collection at your own pace, compare styles and colours, involve your entire team, and confidently select the frames that best suit your patients.

There are no sales appointments, no pressure to purchase, and no minimum opening order. Simply experience the collection firsthand and order exactly what you'd like to stock.

Best of all, the Travelling Showcase Collection is supplied free of charge, including delivery to your practice and return freight.

2. How Does It Work?

1. Select the Showcase Collection you'd like to receive.
2. We'll deliver it directly to your practice, free of charge.
3. Enjoy up to 3 business days to browse and evaluate the collection.
4. Order the exact models and colour variants you'd like directly through our website.
5. We'll arrange collection of the Showcase Collection and send it on to the next independent practice.

If you'd like to keep the collection for longer than the standard 3 business days, simply let us know when placing your showcase order (use the notes section). As each collection continually travels between practices, we'll do our best to accommodate your request while coordinating upcoming bookings.

3. What Can I Do With the Showcase Collection?

The Travelling Showcase Collection has been designed to be experienced.

You're encouraged to:

• Remove frames from the display case to inspect, handle and compare them.
• Try different colours, shapes and styles.
• Share the collection with your team and discuss your selections.
• Order as many—or as few—frames as you wish.

To help us keep the collection available for other independent practices, we kindly ask that you:

• Do not dispense, sell or supply any Showcase Collection frames.
• Do not retain individual frames.
• Return every frame to its original position before shipping.
• Keep the display suitcase and packaging in good condition throughout the evaluation period.

The Travelling Showcase Collection and all frames remain the property of Opticvision at all times.

4. Ordering Is Simple

Every frame within the Showcase Collection is individually labelled with:

• The exact model number
• The exact colour variant
• A unique barcode

Once you've selected the frames you'd like to stock, simply search the model number on our website to locate the exact product and add it to your cart.

This ensures you're ordering the precise model and colour you've chosen during your evaluation.

5. When You Receive Your Showcase Collection

Your Travelling Showcase Collection arrives in our professional 80-Pair Eyewear Display Suitcase, securely packed inside a reusable cardboard shipping carton.

The display suitcase has been purpose-built for optical practices and features:

• Capacity for 80 optical or sunglass frames.
• Accordion-style expanding display trays for excellent visibility.
• Durable PU exterior that's lightweight and easy to clean.
• Dual combination locks for secure transport.
• Comfortable carry handle for easy movement around your practice.

Getting Started

1. Carefully open the outer cardboard shipping carton, taking care not to damage it.
2. Please retain the carton and all packing materials, as they will be reused for the return shipment.
3. Remove the display suitcase from the carton.
4. Unlock the suitcase and gently unfold the accordion-style display trays.
5. Browse, compare and enjoy the collection with your team.

6. When It's Time to Return Your Showcase Collection

Once you've finished evaluating the collection:

1. Return every frame to its original position within the display suitcase.
2. Fold the accordion display trays back into the suitcase.
3. Close and secure the suitcase.
4. Place the suitcase back into the original cardboard shipping carton.
5. Seal the carton using suitable packing tape.
6. Attach the prepaid Opticvision return shipping label supplied.
7. Leave the carton ready for courier collection during normal business hours.

We'll arrange collection directly from your practice before sending the Travelling Showcase Collection on to the next independent practice.
