Shipping policy

Our 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) providers deliver worldwide direct to physical addresses. PO Boxes can only be delivered to via Australia Post, NZ Post and other country federal postal services which may limit the flexibility on pricing and speed of service.

All orders placed on opticvision.com.au are treated as purchase orders and will be efficiently processed, invoiced, and shipped based on the associated delivery costs known when the order is picked and packed. Invoices will reflect these delivery costs.

Our delivery and shipping prices reflect the exact charges invoiced to us, ensuring transparency for our customers. Our pricing and provider selection process considers key factors: the best price, reliable service, access to support, and positive historical experience. Depending on metro and regional destinations, package dimensions and weight; delivery timeframes can vary and range between 1 and 10 business days within Australia.

International orders can vary significantly due to external factors outside of our control, but on average shipments are delivered within 21 business days.
